About Us
Responsibilities:
1. As the manager of the Chengdu Quality Department, conduct daily management of the branch;
2. Coordinate Chengdu Quality Department and headquarters departments, R&D, supply chain, factory and other related departments;
3. Implement and provide feedback of the quality planning requirements of the Suzhou headquarters;
4. Coordinate implementation of quality and system of each plant;
5. Ensure smooth progress and quality control of the transition-to-production of new products and the introduction of new materials.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in science and engineering;
2. Over 5 years of management experience as quality supervisor or above in enterprises in the electronics and communication industries; those with working experience in foreign-funded enterprises are preferred;
3. Proficient professional knowledge of quality management, with education and training related to quality systems; quality management certificates are preferred;
4. Competent in the process and methods of establishing, maintaining and improving the quality system;
5. Hold valid auditor qualification and have been an auditor or audit team leader for more than 3 years, with rich practical audit experience;
6. Those possess lean management knowledge and work experience are preferred.
