i. Work closely with corporate headquarters, responsible for docking the Thai plant to build the communication process with local headquarters, coordination to achieve all kinds of resources to support the company

ii. Familiar with Thai local employment policies, laws and regulations, from the legal point of view to avoid the hiring for the company to avoid the risks associated with the Thai plant to ensure compliance of labor;
iii. Assist the human resources department at headquarters to carry out human resource management activities for Thai factories, including but not limited to personnel recruitment, social insurance processing, pre-job training, resignation procedures, labor disputes and other transactional work;
iv. Support to complete other tasks assigned temporarily.
i. Good command of Thai and Chinese, Excellent communication skills;
ii. Bachelor of human resource or business administration degree;
iii. Open-minded, smart, fast learning, Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated, able to work under high pressure;
iv. 5 years of HR management experience (recruitment), working experience in the optical or electric industry is preferred.
