Dr. Liu received his PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology, his MSc from Chinese Science Academy, and BSc from Tsinghua University, Beijing.
Dr. Liu co-founded InnoLight Technology in 2008 and has served as CEO till now. Before that, he worked for in a number of companies in the optical transceiver industry, including Agere Systems (formerly Lucent), Pine Photonics Communications and Opnext, in product R&D and management. He is active in Chinese-American high-tech communities, and President of Suzhou Industrial Park Optical Communication Industry Alliance.
Dr. Kung has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a PhD. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Kung has served as a managing partner of Acorn Campus Ventures since 2006. From 2000-2005, he co-founded Pine Photonics Communications. Before that he was founder and CEO of Luxnet Corp from 1998 to 2000, and senior vice president of business development for American Xtal Technology from 1996 to 1998. He served as co-founder and vice president of manufacturing for SDL from 1983 to 1995 and was project manager in the Optoelectronics Division of Hewlett-Packard from 1974 to 1983.
Osa holds an MSc from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Santa Clara University, USA.
Osa is a marketing veteran with 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held various management positions in Fortune 100 companies, including Intel, Xerox and GTE (now Verizon). He started multiple communications start-ups in Silicon Valley and later co-founded Pine Photonics. He was credited with generating business worth over $100 million in the Asia Pacific/South American markets for GTE and for several startup companies.
Dr. Lee has a PhD from the University of Illinois, Urbana, USA and a BSc from National Tsing Hua University, NTHU.
Dr. Lee is a well-known optics technologist in the optoelectronics industry. He started his own optical lab in the US and joined Pine Photonics to lead 10G optical development. He later served as the General Manager for Space Shuttle, Taiwan, General Manager for Wavesplitter, Taiwan and General Manager for Oplink OCP. He now serves as Chief Scientist at InnoLight.
Charlie obtained his bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees from USTC (University of Science & Technology of China)
Charlie has over 10 years of experience in the fiber optics communication industry and over 9 years of experience in managing R&D teams for tech companies in Silicon Valley. As R&D director at Opnext Inc, which acquired Pine Photonics in 2003 and went public in 2009, he led a team that developed CWDM 10G/40G opto-electrical packages and transceiver modules based on various technologies including fuse coupler, free space and PLC. In October 2012, Charlie joined Innolight as VP R&D.

Dr. Ding received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Electronic Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BSc in Optical Instrumentation from Tsinghua University.
Dr. Ding is a recognized expert in semiconductor packaging. He started his career at the spectrometer manufacturer Baird Corporation as an optical engineer. After his PhD, he joined the Assembly Technology Development of Intel Corporation, where he was a senior substrate engineer and later a core competency manager. He received the Intel Achievement Award twice and he owns two US patents. He now serves as VP of InnoLight.
Alan holds a MSc from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a BEng from Lanzhou University.
Alan has over 10 years of experience in marketing and sales. He joined HG Genuine in 2001 as a marketing engineer, regional manager, marketing manager, deputy manager and vice general manager. Alan is experienced in sales to large customers, market development, customer demand research, market planning and marketing management.
Hellen, MSc, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and FMBA Programming in China Europe International Business School.
Hellen worked in PwC(China)for over 9 years and then served in a private equity fund. She joined InnoLight and has served in the Finance Department since November 2014. Hellen is a certified public accountant. She is VP of finance for the company and vice president and CFO of ZhongJi InnoLight.
Pan Wang graduated from Wuhan University and Xi'an Jiaotong University EMBA.
Pan has over 12 years manufacturing and engineering experience in the optical active device and optical transceiver industry. Before 2011, he worked for PCL (Suzhou). He joined InnoLight in 2011 as a 40G product line manager and now serves as VP of manufacturing in InnoLight.
Kewei graduated from Soochow University and Peking University's Guanghua School of Management
He has over 15 years of reliability and quality management experience in the optical transceiver industry. He served as senior reliability engineer and quality supervisor at PCL (Suzhou). Kewei joined InnoLight in 2010 and now serves as VP of Quality & Supply Chain
Oliver Sun graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with master's degree of EE and is now a PhD candidate.
After graduating in 2009, he joined InnoLight Technology and successively completed the research and development of a full range of high-speed optical transceivers for 40G/100G/800G, and devoted himself to the development of next-generation high-speed optical transceivers and epitaxial technology.
